i want to make short comedy films? where to start?

idc about the budget, as long its not like over 400-500dollars. i dont have ne equipment for except a computer to edit them on. me and a few friends of mine want to start making some comedy short films (5 mins long or so) and post them up on the net. where do we start?

start with a funny script. period.

    Heck, Steven Spielberg started with an 8mm camera shooting stories he wrote with his friends and family members as actors.
    All you need is a digital camcorder and some funny ideas.
