One Of My Favorite Recipes With Wine
There are a lot of different ways to use wine in your cooking. A lot of people do not like to use wine in their recipes, but I have never understood this because it can add such wonderful flavor… One of my favorite recipes (which I created myself) is a very simple honey glazed chicken with a white wine reduction. I use a very bright wine for this recipe. Basically to make the reduction I chop up half an apple with some sweet green onions. I put them in a deep bodied frying pan with a bout a quarter cup of white wine.
