Getting downloaded films to play with picture?

I downloaded a film, and all that plays is the soundtrack. It will only play the soundtrack on media player, it won’t play on quicktime or HP DVD player. Media player usually works, so I’m not sure if it’s the codec. Any ideas?

I think you should try DivX player to play the digital video file.

    if you want to view movies or listen to music downloaded in different formats and that too on your Laptop/Desktop (computer) then try either of the players below, they will play almost any format ….
