How do i transfer my old camcorder films onto DVD??

I have lots of old (10 years old) camcorder films of my son , how do i transfer them onto DVD, or even onto my laptop!????. They are presious so i want to veiw them again , but dont have a VHS anymore!?

Has your PC got a TV card?

If so, connect a VCR to the PC and record the tape content to the PC.

Then you can burn the files to DVD
