  8. I am not a huge conoisseur in this but I loved "nosferatu" and "metropolis".
    the mood of nosferatu is so heavy it is almost too much, the music makes everything.
    metropolis is just plain awesome.

    I quite like the original "the day the earth stood still"
    "the night of the living dead" is pretty good even though nothing happens apart from guys wanting to put bits of wood in a house to barricade themselves against zombies!
